Brief：

• Installation and use：
  1. Open the pump inlet closure, please pay attention to open the sealed lid protection after a good cleaning inside the pump, so as to avoid the pump stuck.
  2. Pump out of the pipeline in the direction shown by the arrow on the pump head is installed, or from the head side to see: the left is the import, the right to export, (the other is the right forward, left out, but not the direction of the arrow types to use. methods outlet pressure should be less than 0.1Mpa) import and export of pipe thread G1 / 8 hole.
  3. Pump out of the tube should be added and sealed fixed. (Especially imports if air leaks can cause noise when the pump is increased).
  4. Pump working media will be filled with the pump should be preceded, in order to ensure reliable pump suction media.
  5. The pump should be installed in a shock absorber on the basis of the pump to reduce vibration and noise.
  6. XK as PEEK gear for all types of solution, XT stainless steel gear suitable for viscous media or hard powders containing liquid.

XF gear is mainly used for the PVDF strong organic solvents

Pump suction medium particles must be less than 100 mesh.

Motor wiring:

⑴ DC brush motors: two red wires to the positive and the other is negative, the power supply voltage and power, please mark nameplate.

⑵ brushless DC motor: Please see BPL controller manual.
